Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of Speed Sales LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Speed Sales LLC provides book distribution services to schools, libraries, retailers, and other organizations. Our services include:

• Book sourcing and procurement
• Inventory management and warehousing
• Order fulfillment and shipping
• Custom collection development

Orders and Payment

Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance by Speed Sales LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: Payment terms are established on a per-account basis. Standard terms are Net 30 for approved accounts. Late payments may be subject to interest charges of 1.5% per month.

Taxes: Prices do not include applicable sales tax. Customers are responsible for providing valid tax exemption certificates where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship to all 50 US states, Puerto Rico, and internationally. Shipping times and costs vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for valuable orders.

Delivery Issues: Please report any shipping damage or missing items within 48 hours of delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: Undamaged items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, minus a 15% restocking fee. Items must be in original, resalable condition.

Defective Items: Defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost.

Return Authorization: All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Contact us to obtain an RMA before shipping returns.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Speed Sales LLC or our licensors and is protected by US and international copyright laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Speed Sales LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific products or services giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
